The only thing I love about Amazon is they have amazing free training courses for employees. There are tons of learning resources and many technical broadcast videos. It's a great learning experience for me.
Horrible micromanagement. I have been with 2 teams, and all managers are extremely bad. I've been in the tech industry with many years of experience, and I never had any bad experiences with managers until I joined Amazon. This is 100% true.
Treat employees with respect. They are all professionals and adults. If you don't have people skills, you will never become a great leader.
