Work with amazing tools. Have lots of flexibility. Can work on all sorts of problems because the company is so big. Surprisingly good work hours.
No free food like Google has.
Need to be on the on-call rota.
Some managers and engineers are substandard.
Keep that bar high!
A perk or two would be nice, to keep the envy at bay (looking at FB, Google...).
