Work-life balance is non-existent. The more you work, the less well you likely do. The team is so good, it's difficult to even be in the top 50%. If you aren't, it's not a very welcoming feeling (totally stupid, but that is the culture).
Try to keep good people. Don't let the review process drive people away; it's a huge waste of talent, and all you get in return are new people relearning the same things as the ones that left.
