I love working here
Full work from home and flexible working hours, at least for virtual associates. Very customer-focused and not "business only" decision-makers. Team spends time on reviews to see what is the best idea. Depending if you like writing, but there is a ton of writing (not only code) at Amazon. Thus, it is very easy to find a contact or documentation for whatever you need. Team specific: The team is easy to engage, and the manager is very supportive.
Sometimes work can be overwhelming.
I don't like some of the technology, but this is more of a personal preference. The tech still works; you just have to get used to it.
