Lots of bureaucracy. Your experience is completely dependent on who your manager is. There is nothing preventing managers from abusing their power. Very long hours of work. Company culture is very different in Seattle versus other offices.
Focus on other offices nationwide and make sure the company culture that is advertised to new hires is actually being implemented in the non-Seattle offices.

The interviewer asked two behavioral questions and one coding question. The coding question can be solved using prefix sum and a hash table. The behavioral questions are generally about the 16 leadership principles.
