Pros

You can lead, propose, and change whatever you want if you have enough data.

Too many things to learn (for me, this is a pro and con at the same time).

Good benefits and salary.

They really care about your growth, and managers are evaluated based on your growth.

Several opportunities around the world.

Cons

Sometimes there's a lot of ambiguity.

Your role is too specific, and there is little space to do things outside your role (unless you want a bad performance review or you are a superhuman).

As Amazon is a huge company, sometimes getting HR help or other assistance can be complicated (to locate the right person).

Remote locations could be different from Headquarters in terms of resources, equipment, and opportunities.

Advice to Management

Make it easier to find a new job/position by helping people find their ideal job. Currently, I feel no one could help me in that quest.

Improve manager and company support for people with rare diseases. I had a bad time and almost ended up resigning.

Improve remote locations by providing the same resources, opportunities, etc., as in Seattle.
