Hectic Work-Life Balance
Compensation is competitive. My manager is really understanding and supportive.
There is a lot of work always. No work-life balance. Constant pressure of being pipped. Since everyone is under constant pressure of being pipped, people end up putting in 120% of effort. Eventually, one who puts in 105% effort is pipped. So the effort margin and pressure constantly keep on increasing.
