Coding assessment with two coding questions and a workstyle survey. Four rounds in a virtual onsite a month later: * One round with the hiring manager. * The other three with members of the team.

A recruiter from Amazon reached out. I passed the online assessment and then scheduled the final loop after two weeks. I was asked LeetCode medium problems and many behavioral questions. Each interview segment lasted approximately 30 minutes.

Initial coding challenge, immediately followed by a 4-round onsite. There was no noticeable "bar raiser" interview; all interviewers were from the same organization. The interviews consisted of two parts: * Discussing experiences (leadership pri
