Great place to grow as an SDE. With so many teams and such large scale, there are plenty of engineering challenges. Amazon is not known for hand-holding; as an SDE, you will be able to own projects from design, implementation, testing, release, to maintenance.
Minimal benefits compared to other tech companies. Some teams have a high ops load.
