Turnover is way too high. I believe that this is not only due to employees not being competent enough, but management has a high impact on this matter. They either cannot maintain good employees or do not allow the learning process to enable employees to fulfill their full potential.
Deadlines are a very critical part and are very often too challenging. A slight change of direction might help employees to actually be more efficient and reach their full potential faster.
