Amazon is a giant company, but any employee I know shares the company's leadership principles. This is the most important thing that makes Amazon peculiar, in my opinion, and this is something I find extremely valuable.
Working in AWS can be very challenging for various reasons. It's a very fast-moving environment where very challenging problems are dealt with by very smart people. So, you'll have to work very hard to keep the bar high!
