Overhyped and overinflated about the brand, but the real value is not that great.
Employees are not your slaves. Working like a donkey is not the same as innovating or leading in the right direction. Amazon will not be a Google or Facebook because of the approach it takes in making employees work like a donkey.

HR reached out to me on LinkedIn. I had an online assessment, where no camera or audio was captured. The level of questions was relatively difficult; I could only do one or two questions and did not get a call back.
