- If you get the right team, you'll learn a lot.
- There will always be something interesting to work on.
No respect for employees; they can fire you for no reason.
Managers are not so great.

Nice and easy, a question on trees and a question on stacks was asked. It was easy afterwards. LRU cache was asked; it was tough. We were asked about Instagram system design.

I have done the OA twice. I will recommend practicing LeetCode, otherwise one will not be able to pass the OA. And only apply if you are already practicing well, otherwise you will only have a few days for practice and that is not enough.
