Great place to work, but not a great place to grow
- Corporate decisions mostly make sense.
- Accommodating of work/life balance.
- Great people to work with for the most part.
- Not a lot of opportunity to move up.
- A lot of technologies are internal, so long careers there can suffer from being siloed to a proprietary tech space.
- Every now and then, the company guidelines (regarding promotion, performance review) feel lacking and vague.

The online assessment test went well and is now done. I am waiting for the results. Once they come, I want to proceed to another round of interviews. It went smoothly and was good. The questions asked were from LeetCode.
