I've joined Amazon for several months. Overall, it's good. It's highly dependent on your team. My team is very good, and everyone is helpful. AWS is a good place to learn and grow yourself.
Work-life balance is not good, as you all know.
Benefits are limited.
Mass layoffs caused the PERM process to freeze.
Job security is a worry.
