Expectations are high, and it can be a hectic, stressful work environment depending on your circumstances.

Amazon has a very unique (peculiar) culture that can take some adjusting to, and not everyone may be able to keep up.

Be as present as possible for new employees and try to create a comfortable environment on teams so that members are not just willing but are encouraged to work together when needed. Members should seek help through the appropriate channels and be transparent about both the good and bad things that come up at work.
