You’ll work on a real-life project, sometimes from taking its requirements, designing it, through implementation and testing.
You work on soft skills and technical skills.
You’ll have a manager, mentor, and onboarding buddy to help you throughout, and you should utilize them.
The workload is a lot to finish in 12 weeks, so it can be overwhelming. You can communicate that with your manager.
You have to initiate communication with a lot of people, so it can be difficult for an introverted or shy person.
