- I had to debug somebody else's code for most of the internship.
Pay more to software engineers and look into restructuring your intern programs.

I applied online. The interview is half behavioural and half coding question with LeetCode style problems. The interviewer was very friendly and nice, and the interview is quite easy compared to others for intern roles.
