5-month intern at Amazon Development Center, Gurgaon
The work culture is awesome. Facilities and infrastructure are also very good. Timings are flexible. A work-from-home option is also available. A good stipend and projects are given to interns. Regular follow-up of work is also there, which enhances the learning opportunities.
The work environment is a little competitive. Learning Amazon's internal tools is a rock-climbing task and will be of almost no use outside Amazon.
Internal tools should be made a little less complicated, and a more defined method should be in place to help newcomers learn them.
