Flexible timings have to be a bonus, even for freshers.
Learning opportunities as a fresher.
They try to make life easy for interns to work.
Pathetic help as an intern. Favouritism at its peak. You won't even know that you are doing a good job as an intern if you have a bad mentor/manager. Zero feedback. If the manager likes you, you will be selected even if you don't do work.
Make the intern conversion process transparent. Avoid favoritism. You ask people to call HR for help, but HR never picks up unknown numbers – so what's the point?
