Well, it depends on your team and team members. Some teams (most I know of) have very hectic work, stretching very long hours. Work-life balance generally suffers. Team members may be indifferent workaholics. Stressful atmosphere. You have to learn and figure out most of the stuff yourself, as most of the people are already too stressed to cooperate. It's expected of you to know everything in advance.
