Great place to learn for an intern. Interns get the same exposure as an SDE gets.
Work is great. Interns get to work on bleeding-edge tech (not all interns).
People are smart and supportive.
Flexible work timings, WFH.
- Very unbalanced work-life balance; everyone expects interns to work 12+ hours a day.
- Meal facility is not on par with its competitors; one has to buy their own meal.
- Frugality policy is restricting at times.
- Very competitive and promotion-driven environment.
More employee benefits, like gym, meal, and taxi/cab, can be added since the pay is similar to companies that provide all these facilities.
