My relationships with my boss and my teammates are very good.
In another company I worked for, not meeting a goal was synonymous with a lack of willingness and similar issues. Here, it seems everyone assumes you gave your best effort, and the mistake was in the planning. My team's environment is very healthy.
In general, people are not that open. I wanted to connect more with my team, but at Amazon, I find that a difficult task.
