Boring work & terrible culture
The pay is very good, and there is flexibility with working remotely and hours.
The work itself is extremely boring and tedious, sifting through and making changes to existing code and writing documentation rather than building new features.
Culture is atrocious; everyone seems depressed, suicidal, or robotic, and like they have lost their souls to this company.
Actually care about your employees.
