- Very smooth recruitment process (surprising considering what I've read)
- Interesting work (This depends entirely on the team you're in; I was on an AWS team)

- Recently acquired team by Amazon, so lots of new development happening

- Great manager and mentor
- Never had to work from home or work for more than 8 hours a day. If I did, then it was willingly. Work-life balance depends entirely on the team.
- You are guaranteed to become a better dev after an internship with Amazon.
- Location (I was not in Seattle, but this is beyond my control). Otherwise, everything was fantastic!
Subsidize transportation.
I had to bus to work every day from my Amazon-assigned apartment. The apartment was sweet though.
