Terrible culture; a depressing experience
Learned a lot about AWS. Developed SWE skills. Amazon looks good on my resume. Good pay.
Engineers seem depressed and overworked. Unhealthy work environment; too demanding. You will be treated like a cog in a machine, not a human. People are often not very willing to help you. Leadership Principles are problematic. No benefits besides the salary. The work is meaningless, in my opinion.
