Big Brand Name

Lots of good internal videos for learning

Cons

A lot of politics.

A deep learning curve due to a lot of customized development environment.

If you seek help, you will be told that you cannot handle things independently. On the other hand, if you try to resolve things on your own, you will be called out for having bad judgment for not asking for help.

A bug in your code will be called a blunder, but if you find bugs in existing code, then those will be learnings.

Middle management interprets company policies in their own way, rather than what they possibly actually mean.
