If your org is making a lot of money, it can feel like you are on top of the world. You will have team events, people will be happier, etc.
If your org is losing money and people are leaving, it can feel like everyone is unhappy and pessimistic.
The team placement survey is horrendous. They didn't listen to it at all. Multiple people I spoke to talked about how inaccurate their placement was based on what they put.
