The team members are great. The working environment is good. Interns are allowed to build the things they wanted to build.
Maybe lunch is not provided at Amazon. Also, interaction between groups which are far away might take longer time and effort than thought.
Different groups have different standards.
So, maybe unifying standards between groups can be helpful.
