Undoubtedly an intense environment, but I enjoyed feeling like I was actually making a difference on my team. The pay was good as well, and the ability to earn a full-time return offer is great. My project was clear-cut, and the expectations for what I was to accomplish were also well-defined prior to joining, which I appreciated.
HR feels downright oppressive with how much they "care" about you — daily questions about your team and working environment, endless trainings, and constant emails about new meetings, etc.

Software Development Engineer Intern
The interview process included an online coding assessment with two LeetCode questions, then a one-hour technical interview with one LeetCode question as well as some background questions. After that, I heard back from them in a few weeks.
