I was fortunate enough to get a great team willing to help me out on every stage of my internship, and I was grateful to the team for offering me a team that is right now being used and not just a test project.
Great career switching opportunities within the organization.
In a company this big, there are a lot of hurdles working cross-team, which might slow you down. However, that can be taken as a pro, as you are able to work with others and learn a little more about other teams' work.
Base salary is lower than the competition.
