Some of the biggest pros:
- Streamlined development culture across the company.
- Very supportive teammates who helped constantly raise the bar by asking the right questions and putting the foot down at the right time.
- Lot of opportunities to learn by way of tech talks and stuff.
- Open policy for interns to move to teams of their choice.
- Strictly enforced code review process.
- Good pay.
Some of the minor downsides:
- It takes a ton of meetings to reach consensus on something, sometimes with a lot of digression and emphasis on minor details.
- No freebies.
Not in the league to advise upper management yet.

Software Development Engineer Intern
The interview process included an online coding assessment with two LeetCode questions, then a one-hour technical interview with one LeetCode question as well as some background questions. After that, I heard back from them in a few weeks.
