My mentor, whose industry experience was about 1 year, had no idea about design patterns or algorithmic complexity. His Chinese accent made it worse. There wasn't much to learn.
Teammates were busy with support work.
Any company in that salary range should be preferred over this.
At least raise the bar for mentors.
