There are a good number of events for interns to attend and to meet other interns. Also, plenty of support is provided for interns to help them succeed in their internship, such as mentoring and the onboarding buddy program.
One thing that I think could be better about the internship experience is to prioritize putting interns on Amazon teams that work in person rather than virtually, because this makes it much easier for interns to develop personal relationships and get help from their fellow team members.
Apply -> OA -> Final Round -> Offer (after 2 days) Final Round: * 20 min behavioral * 35 min technical Overall, a very smooth interview process compared to other companies.
The interview process was simple and straightforward. I had the initial OA, and then a final round interview with an engineer at the company. They asked me both technical and behavioral questions.
Asked two LPs about making a decision when I didn't have time to consider all the options and a time when I had to help someone. Technical: Implemented a trie to define a `find()` function for auto-completion.
