Pros

The people there are all friendly and helpful. Management tries to help you succeed and get you ready with work experience so you can have a good chance at getting a return offer. They also like to have welcome lunches for new members of the team, including interns.

Cons

The days are often loaded with meetings.

Because of COVID-19, we don't meet in person as often. Apparently, they also stopped giving free drinks and snacks in the vending machines when the pandemic began, which isn't necessarily a con, but it is disappointing. Hopefully, they go back to being free when this is over.

The onboarding experience is a very long process. There are tons of videos and trainings to go through, and sometimes it can be overwhelming.
