Good comp, bad everything else
Comp is very good, not as good as the bigger names in FAANG, but good.
Operational work gets in the way of actual software engineering. There's a ridiculous emphasis on meaningless "leadership principles" that mean whatever your manager wants them to mean. And there's also bad legacy software.
