Overall good experience and great people
You are working with very smart people that are usually very nice also. The bonuses are fine. You can learn a lot, and it is not that stressful; I would say not stressful at all. But everybody is working very hard, so there is some tension to keep up with that.
Working with a lot of internal tools, which is hard since they are not well-documented. You also kind of lose track of what is going on in the world.
