Pros

Compensation is industry standard. If only money matters, then this is the place. There are a lot of learnings if you get mapped to a good team, otherwise, there's a lot of operational work.

Cons

-- No Work-Life Balance --

Amazon India expects its employees to be available and present in the office even during weekends and leaves.

The lack of consideration for work-life balance initiatives is deeply concerning. Rather than fostering a culture that promotes employee well-being, it perpetuates an environment where long working hours and incessant availability are glorified.

Working 12 hours a day is constant.
