Pros

Fast-paced. Never doing the same thing for too long.

You get hands-on experience on AWS, which is what every other company seems to use nowadays.

A lot of freedom to use whatever technology you want for each project. Almost everyone ends up using Java for consistency, though.

Employment laws in Europe seem to make it more difficult to be PIP'd and get fired. We get overall better conditions than the employees from the US (more vacations, paid on-call, etc).

Cons

The company has a very bad reputation.

The work/life balance differs quite a lot depending on the team/org. Some orgs seem to be horrible while some others are amazing.

For example, whether you get a Christmas gift, the work-from-home policy, bonuses, etc., are decided at the director level, so some orgs get much more than others.

The total compensation is terrible after 4 years due to the lack of meaningful stock refreshers.

Advice to Management

Please address the bad reputation of the company.

Better total compensation for long-term employees.

Make the work environment consistent across organisations.
