Amazon is big, so there are a lot of internal resources, classes, and courses to learn from. This is perfect to grow as an engineer.
Flexible WFH for most of the week (depends on the manager).
Heard that internal transfer is easy, which is good if you are easily bored (currently there is a hiring freeze, though, so it is paused).
- Very frugal, very few free stuff (free lunch, etc.) compared to other FAANG.
More free stuff, please!
