Working at Amazon helped me improve my writing skills.
Most of the meetings and information transactions are done through docs.
Working hours are good, typically from 10 am to 6 pm, though it totally depends on the manager and the team.
Very few perks.
Salary is okay, considering we get no perks.
The promotion process is lengthy and often changes due to shifts in team managers and team dynamics.
