As in any big company, the challenge to find the knowledge is to find the right people.
Empowering employees always helps with the goals. Trust and communication should be the way to achieve any goal. My management, in particular, is really good at this, and I believe more areas should follow this way of doing things.
The interview included: * 2 medium HackerRank coding problems in 70 minutes * 1.5-hour workplace simulation * 45-minute technical interview with a manager It was not as grueling as I thought it would be, but it did take some practice on HackerRank
