Pros

Compensation a bit higher than other companies (15-20%)

Cons

Actually, too much work for this higher compensation. They overload the employee so much, rather than hiring additional people.

No care about the work-life balance; if you complain, you are fired.

When someone leaves the project, they seek every possible chance not to refill the position, and the work is implicitly distributed among other employees.

Work content is not technically challenging as one would expect; instead, lots of routine and configuration work.

The sprint is planned, and you plan your day during the daily stand-up, but you must be ready to do a lot of extra work, yet deliver everything on time.

Advice to Management

You guys (managers) are very motivated to get as much work done as possible, with as few people as possible, because it is a good way of getting promoted at Amazon. There is no limit to a manager's "frugality" at the expense of employees.
