Work happens at a fast rate, so there is a chance to make a lot of impact in a short time.
Work-life balance can be pretty strained.
Management can be unforgiving, and a few slip-ups can bring you under scrutiny.
The job can be thankless at times, where you aren't being given recognition for contributions but are being reminded of shortcomings.
- Be more understanding towards the employees and don't micromanage them.
- Give more direction on expectations early on to prevent confusion and delays later.

Software Development Engineer
The interviewers were great, and everyone made me feel welcome. It started with an OA, followed by four rounds of virtual onsite interviews. The interviews were of medium difficulty. One of them was similar to generating parentheses on LeetCode.
