Pay and WLB were really good (in NYC offices).
My team was great, but it's generally looked down upon for a stressful culture. Everyone's drinking the company Kool-Aid.

Software Development Engineer
It has 3 stages. First is coding, where they ask you two questions and want you to write a simple code. Second is behavioral questions. Last is a video interview, which takes about 30 minutes. They want you to explain how you wrote the code.
