I have just finished a year of working at Amazon and have been loving it. I'm constantly motivated by being surrounded by smart engineers and managers.
What I really like is how the leadership principles are applied by teams in design/code reviews. I can see how working here can help drive oneself to become a great leader.
Learning new skills and technology is up to you. There are a lot of resources and materials.
WFH is not questioned, thus allowing employee flexibility.
At times, I can sense people tend to align work based on promotion.
Great job on resonating the leadership principles.
Compensation is not bad at all, but they should match the likes of Google/Facebook, as it's sad to see some peers leave for higher pay.
R1: OA R2: Low-level design (behavioral) and one LeetCode-style low-level design question. R2: Deep dive into behavioral questions. R3: Two LeetCode questions with a deep dive into each.
Two of my three interviews were cancelled last minute and rescheduled to the next day. Other than that, the interviews were conducted professionally and well. Having three interviews is intimidating, though.
3 rounds, one hour each: * 1st round: Behavioral round (LP) * 2nd round: LP + LLD * 3rd round: LP + coding I got one DSA medium difficulty question, topic was segment tree.
