There is a wide support system, with offered mentors and courses.
The work is challenging and interesting and pushes individuals to excel.
The fast-paced work is not for everyone, and due to the company size, the team quality can vary.

Two of my three interviews were cancelled last minute and rescheduled to the next day. Other than that, the interviews were conducted professionally and well. Having three interviews is intimidating, though.
