Good salary and smart people. Never a boring day. Lots to learn and opportunity to work on complex systems. I made lots of good connections. Lots of good stories about problem-solving and making meaningful contributions.
Very stressful and long hours.
Organization-wide goals have questionable motivations.
Tight deadlines and out-of-touch leadership.
Worse benefits than other companies.
Strong push for AI that results in justifying bad decisions.
There should be more pushback against unnecessary projects. Deadlines set by leadership are unrealistic and priorities change too often, without consideration for adjustment periods and context switching.
R1: OA R2: Low-level design (behavioral) and one LeetCode-style low-level design question. R2: Deep dive into behavioral questions. R3: Two LeetCode questions with a deep dive into each.
Two of my three interviews were cancelled last minute and rescheduled to the next day. Other than that, the interviews were conducted professionally and well. Having three interviews is intimidating, though.
3 rounds, one hour each: * 1st round: Behavioral round (LP) * 2nd round: LP + LLD * 3rd round: LP + coding I got one DSA medium difficulty question, topic was segment tree.
