None come to mind. It was the worst experience of my career by far.
Transferred to Pillpack as an Amazon engineer and transferred shortly after learning what a horrible subsidiary it is. As a core engineer, I pointed out several launch blockers and vulnerabilities to management, then was chastised as being "too aggressive and insulting to management." I never once raised my voice or was demeaning to anyone. In fact, communication was consistently called out as one of my superpowers prior to joining.
The blockers and operational gaps that I called out eventually (and rightfully) delayed their product launch. As a result, management asked me to leave because I "didn't align with their objectives." Basically, they're not a tech company and just want "yes men" that go along with management's non-customer-centric ideas.
The management repeatedly attacked the tech team while I was there, blaming us for their own failings as a product team and leaders. Do yourself a favor and avoid Pillpack at all costs. There are plenty of teams at Amazon where you will be treated with respect and valued.
Treat your engineers with respect and trust that they are working with you, not against you.
1. Online Assessment Interview Invite to schedule. 2. Hiring Manager Round 2/3 LPs and 2 LeetCode medium problems. 3. Interview with SDE II Half an hour with LPs, and the other half doing a coding question to write maintainable code. 4. Bar Rai
After passing the Online Assessment, you then move on to the Final Loop Interviews, which consist of, but not necessarily in specific order: * Behavioral Interview * Technical Coding Interview (Leetcode style) * Low Level Design interview (OOP)
It went well, with half an hour for leadership principles and the other half an hour for coding and system design. It’s a great experience overall. System design, they expect more clarity.
