- Travel benefits (Seattle, Austin, NYC). Amazon pays for everything.
- Resume brand
- Lower compensation compared to other FAANG companies.
- Bad management.
- Useless coworkers; the bar is a bit low.
- Particularly on my team, we couldn't get seniors to join, which caused bad engineering choices.
